Order Acceptance

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information Dezigned4u shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Dezigned4u shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Dezigned4u shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return and Cancellation Policies

Personalized items cannot be accepted or returned. Should ordered items be received damaged then a claim has to be made directly to the company delivering the parcel. Refunds will be given at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation and changes must be made by close of the same business day orders are placed.

Shipping

Dezigned4u only sells in the UK and Northern Ireland. Shipping services may vary without notice and is the sole decision of Dezigned4u.

Washing Instructions

Each item will be labelled with the proper washing instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the garment or item. Dezigned4u is not liable for any damages due to improper laundering of items.
