Free standard delivery is available on all UK orders placed via the website over £150! When you place an order through the website and the value totals above £150 excluding VAT it will be sent to you carriage free! Insurance against loss is not included. This must be asked for when placing your order. Orders below £150 will be charged the usual standard delivery charge of £12.50. Insurance not included.

Note - Delivery Times
Please be aware that the delivery times quoted for each product are estimates and your order could take less or more time than this to arrive. For more accurate, up-to-date delivery times, please phone our customer services department on 01291 423724.

Note - Missing Items
Very occasionally parcels do get misplaced with delivery companies. If we have sent your order to you and it has not arrived within a reasonable time period, please phone, fax or email and we will attempt to track and trace the order with the delivery company. Please note that items returned to us are the Sender's responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for these losses. In order to minimise loss, we advise all customers to send returns via recorded delivery and or insured to cover loss.

  Note - Sale Items
Once Sale Items are out of stock, we will not be able to supply them any more. This is because the Sale is made up of items which we no longer supply and merely have excess stock of.
