Artwork Costs
We will endeavour to keep your artwork charges to a minimum during the process, however there is a considerable amount of work required to create a vinyl design. With particularly detailed designs or orders requiring a high machine or labour time there will be a representative increase in price added to the design. No extra charges are incurred when standard fonts are used.
Digital Artwork
If you are at all able, we prefer the designs to be given to us in digital format, especially the first generation or original copy. We can accept most file formats. Vectored line drawn artwork in .AI format is best for vinyl work.

Vinyl Printing
Due to it’s minimal set up requirements vinyl printing is a durable, cost effective way to customize and personalise your garments in smaller quantities. Prices will vary depending on colours and complexity.
Screen Printing
Screen printing requires the construction of one or more screens that are used to apply inks to the garment to create your design. This means for each colour you require one screen. Costs are detailed below. It should be noted that the payment for screen construction is a one off charge, after which future orders will no longer be charged for it.
Artwork Charges
There will be an initial charge for creating your screens(one screen per colour) as well as charges for inks, however we will endeavour to keep the charges to a minimum. Creation of screens and screen printing is a fairly labour intensive process and this is reflected in the price. However once the initial screens have been produced future garments will benefit from a lower price for personalisation.
Digital Artwork
If you are able we prefer to receive the artwork in digital format. We are able to accept most formats though a vector .AI file is best to ensure a more rapid production. Please make sure all fonts have been embedded in the digital image.

N.B We will only screen print on an order of 5 or more items. For more then 251 items or more then 4 colours please contact us for a quote.
Although screen printing has a high initial setup charge the cost over a large number of items and over large multiple orders is reduced. The ability to have multiple colours and shades of colour allow a greater flexibility of logo design then vinyl printing.
Embroidery
The process of stitching or sewing your logo onto a garment. This process creates a detailed, high quality, professional logo. The design cost however has a fairly high set up charge, but are priced on number of stitches rather then colours.
Artwork Charges
Embroidering a logo requires us to turn your picture or slogan into a design that a machine is capable of stitching, a process called “digitizing”. This process is man hour intensive as it involves a near complete redrawing of the original art into embroidery format. This charge however is one off, and after we have digitized your art you won’t be required to pay it again unless you make radical changes to your logo. If you are able to supply us your desired logo in embroidery format(.DST file) you will not incur any cost for digitizing and we will be able to complete your order faster. The cost for digitizing will only be quoted on receipt of artwork.
Embroidery Costs
The cost of an embroidered design varies greatly depending on the size, number of stitches and stitch density. As such all embroidery designs will only be quoted on receiving the artwork.
Production Note
Although an embroidered design can take a fair amount of time between sending us the design and you receiving your completed order the quality and detail are well worth the time invested.
